Symptoms of B-vitamin deficiency include: fatigue, depression, anxiety, inability to concentrate, poor memory, insomnia and irregular heart beat.

Sugar is one of the most dangerous habits and addictions in our lives today. Our culture has allowed the health care industry to become so powerful and disproportionately lucrative that it is now in the business of illness rather than health. In one disconcerting example, a cancer physician, returning from an extended vacation, found an empty waiting room. His colleague had been treating his patients nutritionally. The physician wailed, “This is terrible. It took me years to build a long-term, regular patient clientele!” People everywhere are realizing that our doctors receive no reward for health, only for treating illness.

Most medical schools don’t teach disease prevention, proper diet or exercise as a part of health. Objective measures are emphasized – white blood cell counts, blood pressure readings, etc., instead of how the patient feels. Pain is treated as a powerful enemy, its symptoms assaulted with prescription drugs that mask it or drive it underground- a practice that usually means it will resurface later with increased intensity.

The twenty-first century finds many people using more natural, less drug-oriented therapies, sometimes as an alternative to conventional medicine, sometimes in a team approach along with it. As orthodox medicine becomes more invasive, and less in touch with the person who is ill, informed people are becoming more willing to take a measure of responsibility for their own health.

Health is a lifestyle process. It is based in wellness care, instead of just illness treatment. The best news is that natural remedies work – often better than prescription drugs for many health conditions.

Orthodox medicine focuses on crisis intervention and is less successful in treating chronic illness. Many modern medical techniques were developed during war time, for emergency care. However, respected studies show that most illnesses don’t just drop out of the sky and hit us over the head. Arthritis, osteoporosis, lower back pain, high blood pressure, coronary-artery disease and hormone imbalances are related to aging and lifestyle. You can literally worry yourself sick when there is nothing seriously wrong.

The human body is a beautifully designed healing system that can meet most problems without outside intervention. Even when outside help is needed, healing is enhanced if the patient can be free of emotional devastation, depression and panic. Emotional trauma impairs immune function and panic constricts blood vessels, putting additional burden on the heart.

Alternative healers recognize that pain is also the body’s way of informing us that we are doing something wrong, not necessarily that something is wrong. Pain can tell us that we are smoking too much, eating too much, or eating the wrong things. It can notify us when there is too much emotional congestion in our lives, or too much daily stress. Pain can be a friend with useful information about our health, so that we can effectively address the cause of the problem.

Not every problem requires costly, major medical attention. Healthy food, regular moderate exercise and restful sleep is still the best medicine for many health conditions. The principle of nature governing health and illness are ageless; they apply equally everywhere at all times. There is no down time with the laws of nature, and they do not play favorites.

We need to be re-educated about our health – to be less intimidated by doctors and disease. I believe that the greatest ally of alternative medicine will be science itself – not the restricted view of science that assumes its basic concepts are complete, but the open-ended science that sets preconceived notions aside. Today’s consumers are not only more aware of alternative health care choices, and more confident in their own healing strength, but also want to do something for themselves to get better. The time has clearly come for a partnership between health care professionals and patients, so that the healing resources from both sides can be optimally employed. No prescription is more valuable than knowledge.

syringe.-1The swine flu vaccines now being prepared for mass injection into infants, children, teens and adults. Many governments and health organizations around the world are waiting for the arrival of this vaccine. But you have many good reason to fear being exposed to this swine flu vaccine more than the swine flu itself.

This vaccine have never been tested and won’t be tested before the injections begin.  You are virtually guaranteed that no safety evaluations will be performed prior to the reckless unleashing of this untested vaccine. And making matters worse, your children may be the first guinea pigs in this public vaccine experiment against a previously unseen hybrid of human, bird and pig viruses. They even want to target children who have underlying health problems, the most vulnerable, which means any potential problems with this untested vaccine will have the capacity to do maximum damage.

We need to read and learn from history, In 1976, there was a similar outbreak of swine flu in Fort Dix in New Jersey that killed one US soldier. As everyone panicked in fear of a new flu pandemic, president Gerald Ford ordered mass vaccination. The threat turned out to be exaggerated and the virus never spread from Fort Dix. However, 46 million Americans were vaccinated. This was followed by a spike in reported cases of a neurological disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) which led to the death of two dozen people. It also caused irreparable damage to the nervous systems of hundreds of people, paralyzing many. Medical doctors called it Guillain-Barre syndrome, instead of called it “Toxic Vaccine Syndrome”.

Today again, people are being manipulated to take the same vaccine, without any safety testing whatsoever. According to The Daily Mail, the British Health Protection Agency sent letters to 600 neurologists on July 29th, warning them to be on the lookout for cases of Guillain- Barre Syndrome once the swine flu vaccine campaign begins. Warning that the swine flu vaccine has been linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the UK Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, was leaked to The Daily Mail, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine. GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.

The letter refers to the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976 when:
- More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu.
- The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times.
- The vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link with GBS became clear.
- The U.S. Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected.

Why the warning was not sent out to the public and to doctors who will be giving the shot?

Concerns have already been raised that the new vaccine has not been sufficiently tested and that the effects, especially on children, are unknown.There are a whole lot of things you’ll never be told by health authorities about the swine flu vaccine. Here, there are 10 things you should know about this vaccine that drug companies probably don’t want you to know, according to the Health Ranger:

1- The vaccine production was “rushed” and the vaccine has never been tested on humans. Do you like to play guinea pig for Big Pharma? If so, line up for your swine flu vaccine this fall…

2- Swine flu vaccines contain dangerous adjuvants that cause an inflammatory response in the body. This is why they are suspected of causing autism and other neurological disorders.

3- The swine flu vaccine could actually increase your risk of death from swine flu by altering (or suppressing) your immune system response. There is zero evidence that even seasonal flu shots offer any meaningful protection for people who take the jabs. Vaccines are the snake oil of modern medicine.

4- Doctors still don’t know why the 1976 swine flu vaccines paralyzed so many people. And that means they really have no clue whether the upcoming vaccine might cause the same devastating side effects. (And they’re not testing it, either…)

5- Even if the swine flu vaccine kills you, the drug companies aren’t responsible. The U.S. government has granted drug companies complete immunity against vaccine product liability. Thanks to that blanket immunity, drug companies have no incentive to make safe vaccines, because they only get paid based on quantity, not safety (zero liability).

6- No swine flu vaccine works as well as vitamin D to protect you from influenza. That’s an inconvenient scientific fact that the U.S. government, the FDA and Big Pharma hope the people never realize.

7- Even if the swine flu vaccine actually works, mathematically speaking if everyone else around you gets the vaccine, you don’t need one! (Because it can’t spread through the population you hang with.) So even if you believe in the vaccine, all you need to do is encourage your friends to go get vaccinated…

8- Drug companies are making billions of dollars from the production of swine flu vaccines. That money comes out of your pocket — even if you don’t get the jab — because it’s all paid by the taxpayers.

9- When people start dying in larger numbers from the swine flu, rest assured that many of them will be the very people who got the swine flu vaccine. Doctors will explain this away with their typical Big Pharma logic: “The number saved is far greater than the number lost.” Of course, the number “saved” is entirely fictional… imaginary… and exists only in their own warped heads.

10- The swine flu vaccine centers that will crop up all over the world in the coming months aren’t completely useless: They will provide an easy way to identify large groups of really stupid people. (Too bad there isn’t some sort of blue dye that we could tag ‘em with for future reference…)

These public scare-tactics are designed to make money, not protect your health.

Finally, Healthy people need no swine flu vaccine, nor seasonal flu shot. Swine flu is easily overcome through natural and healthy lifestyle. H1N1 is no match for a healthy, strong immune system that’s largely free from toxic chemicals and is boosted with the intake of whole foods, herbal remedies and quality nutrition.

  • Buy local produce as much as possible. Shop local food and produce, go to the farmers market and support your local economy.
  • Eat more greens and whole, unprocessed foods.
  • Always have a salad with your meal. Make your food colorful and attractive.
  • When you buy meat, dairy products or eggs, make sure they are from grass-feed and free range farms.
  • Shop for meats guaranteed to come from animals that have not been given any hormones or antibiotics.
  • Instead of making a sandwich using bread, use lettuce wraps, or use sprouted bread, it is a better choice.
  • Eat wild fish (not farm-raised) and shellfish from unpolluted waters. Shop for wild caught seafood: wild Alaskan tuna and salmon.
  • Eat only full-fat dairy products from pasture-fed cows, preferably raw or fermented, such as raw milk, yogurt, cultured butter and raw cheeses.
  • Avoid all hydrogenated vegetable oils, partially hydrogenated fats and oils, and processed oils such as vegetable oils made from soy, corn, safflower, canola or cottonseed, etc.

In addition, the body cannot keep up with the all the other toxins we have in our lives. It’s forced to store some of these toxins because it’s overloaded by our unhealthy lifestyles and environment. When the body reaches its limit and is unable to keep up with all the built-up poisons, these poisons start to spill over into the blood, causing serious health problems. For most people, their cells never get a break from the poor quality foods they ingest and from over-eating.  Before the cells eliminate the residue from one meal, we eat another meal, and more toxins are dumped into our cells. Even children are exposed to lots of fast food and junk food. We start very early by feeding infants processed baby food. Any food or substances that your body can’t deal with remain undigested in your colon and will continue to build up. Imagine leaving some food out for a couple of weeks. How would it look and smell? The build-ups in your body are even worse. Most people have years of build-up in their systems. Imagine how that looks and smells. You will experience cellular dysfunction and many health challenges that can lead to chronic diseases.
